Geraldine Rullan–Borromeo is the Managing Partner and is based in Quezon City. She graduated from the College of Mass Communication Major in Journalism and the College of Law at the University of the Philippines, Diliman Campus. She passed the bar in 2002 and has been in active practice since in government and business in the Visayas and National Capital Region.

Vincent Mercader Borromeo heads the Business and Government Section and handles the requirements of the firm and its clients relating to commercial and government transactions. He is a barrister and graduated from the San Jose Recoletos – College of Law in Cebu City in 1992. He joined the firm in the 3rd quarter of 2013 and is based in Quezon City.

Genevieve R. Surendranath heads the Finance Section and handles Financial Analysis and Accounting for the firm and its clients. She graduated with degrees in Information Systems and Accounting from the University of Washington, Seattle in the USA. She is based in Seattle, Washington and telecommutes daily with the firm and its clients.

As a full-service law office, we provide all related services that may be required by the client to achieve the legal goals sought. It is engaged by clients either on a retainer basis inclusive of specified documentation and representation or on a per-project basis. Fees depend on a scope and extent of work engaged by the client.
